The guys are scamming big time ! My 80 year old mother called because her washing machine stopped working..the guy Came out and did a factory reset on the machine took 10 min and charged 250 dollars would not give her a receipt and she said the machine would not complete a full cycle before it shut down .. we tried calling them back but they refused to repair the washer complete idiots! I diagnosed the washer and found a bad capacitor took me 10 minutes to do the repairs..you have been warned!
